Payment options

At the moment we only offer PayPal as an option.  If you would like to suggest another method for future transactions please email us.

Shipping & Handling Information

International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.S.) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Please note, Veronica Collignon Illustration shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.

All art prints are sent via USPS First Class Mail. You can track your order by visiting stamps.com and entering your tracking number.

Returns

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods.

If you have received your purchase and it is damaged, please email shop@veronicacollignon.com within 7 days of receipt of your item.
